Sharing to you my everyday goals with a hope to encourage. I may not be able to achieve it 100% but it’s good to have a goal. Hence, it is a daily declaration.

1. Increase my prayer life and faith

I am blessed to understand that apart from God, I am nothing. Growing up in a Christian family, I am grateful to know that God is for me and He loves me without any condition. There are [many] times that I fail Him but now as a proud follower of Christ, I do not want to settle for anything less in my faith in Him. I want to be bold and more passionate as I’ve never been before. I just want to be soaked in His holy presence, totally immersed and prepared for the time of trials and standing victoriously for the glory of God.

I want to start each day thanking and praising God for what He has done in my life. Waking up every single day is already a great blessing from the Lord. I realized I want to spend more time with Him because it makes me feel comfortable, renewed, bold, and wiser. Meditating on His Word gives me a lot of insights and provides a new perspective in life. Being grateful to His gift of wisdom keeps me grounded and not proud.

2. Honor God in my lifestyle

As a modern woman and as an Achiever (see Strengths Finder), I want to do something meaningful and productive each day but I want to do it in a way that is honoring to God. I want to be able to cook breakfast and baon for my husband and do it with love and joy. I want my husband to know that I support him and I am with him through ups and downs. I also want to be excellent at work; with the small Business and Projects I have and encourage colleagues along the way. I want people to see and know that I serve a great God. I want to ensure that each day, I am able to make someone smile and hopeful. Lastly, I want to make sure that before my day ends, I am able to do something that nurtures myself - my body. No, it’s not about being vain. It’s about being a good steward of the temple of God. Running helps me take care of this body that God lent me. It also leads me to eat the right kind of food and be more disciplined with my diet. Going to The Spa and spending some quiet time alone on select days help me achieve it as well.

3. Be a channel of encouragement

God’s faithfulness is so overwhelming that I can’t contain but share it. I believe every insight and experience [good and bad] I had is meant to be shared to gain lesson from. Despite my busy schedule, I want to be a blessing to anyone I interact with. Offline or online, I want to spread hope, encouragement and love to every person I can reach.

Women, particularly, are very close to my heart [for a very obvious reason that I myself is a woman]. I know that I can be more effective in ministering to other people if we share common experiences, thoughts, emotions, and even struggles in life. Being a woman is not easy neither living a godly and fulfilled life in this fallen world. And so, I see to it that each day, I encourage a woman soul.

This is the reason behind my blog site which is designed especially for women. My topics here are usually relatable for women. Also, I am trying to share encouraging thoughts and godly advices [hopefully] to few women I can reach through a facebook group called Noble Women of God. Lastly, I am leading two (2) disciple groups for single ladies and married women, respectively. In these groups, we share personal life experiences while standing and praying for each other as we establish ourselves in the Word of God.

How about you? What’s your daily goal? Share with us so we may also be encouraged!
